Hey, all. My name is Couri Leuschner. I'm the owner and founder of Botanical Solutions.
Before joining PCM, my business was just me, myself, and I. I was doing about $400K, working myself to death. I only got customers via word of mouth or through some landscapers that I partnered with.
Since I joined, I grew about 250% to about a million dollars in about a year and a half. Right now, I have two techs working for me full-time. I doubled my client base, increased my contract value, developed proper SOPs for my field techs.
My experience with PCM has been amazing. I now get to spend more time with my wife and my newborn. Being the only dad on a music class on Thursday mornings is pretty cool.
It's a pretty flex. I thought I would never be able to get to be at those events this early on with my business, but now I have been able to get that done. My personal life is much better now since I am no longer a slave to my company.
