Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the pestcontrolmillionaires.com website (the “Site”) operated by Pest Control Millionaires (“us,” “we,” “our”).

Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. Pest Control Millionaires provides educational coaching and training services for pest control business owners. Our services include weekly group coaching calls, access to over 20 hours of pre-recorded course material, and an optional member directory listing. These services are offered through paid membership programs.

2. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality — including all course materials, coaching content, playbooks, ad templates, video recordings, and related resources — are and will remain the exclusive property of Pest Control Millionaires and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Pest Control Millionaires.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our course materials or proprietary content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized sharing, downloading, or redistribution of course materials, coaching call recordings, or any other program content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

3. Membership and Program Access

Access to our coaching program, course materials, and group coaching calls requires an active paid membership. By enrolling in our program, you agree to the applicable fees and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future membership periods with reasonable notice.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee for members who have completed all of the course material and are unsatisfied with the program. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have gone through all of the available course content. Refund requests should be directed to nickpcmclass@gmail.com. We reserve the right to verify completion of the material before processing any refund. Refund requests that do not meet the completion requirement will be denied.

5. Member Directory

Our Site features an optional member directory at pestcontrolmillionaires.com/members. Participation in the directory is entirely voluntary. By opting in to the directory, you grant Pest Control Millionaires permission to publicly display your business name, logo, and any other information you provide for this purpose. You may request removal from the directory at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to remove any directory listing at our sole discretion.

6. User Conduct

By using our Site and participating in our program, you agree not to:

  • Share, distribute, or resell any course materials, coaching call recordings, or proprietary content.
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or our services.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Engage in any conduct that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable during group coaching calls or other interactions with our team and community.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pest Control Millionaires. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Pest Control Millionaires shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and access course materials will immediately cease.
