Hi, I'm Victoria. I'm the owner of McDonald Exterminators out of Lakeland. I got into pest control about a year and a half ago with absolutely zero experience in pest control in my life.
We were a two-technician company. Now we are three techs plus myself plus an office team. So we're growing.
But I joined PCM about eight months ago, and I can say it's one of the best communities I've ever been a part of. I'm a big believer in continuing education, and this is a group that has changed the trajectory of, of my business completely, like, and I say that genuinely. As an owner, you need to be really good at getting leads.
You need to be very good at that, whether it's through acquisition, marketing, strategic partnership, what have you. And they walk through all of that. And not only do they do that, and they show you how it works and what works where, but also when you're running into roadblocks and you're like, I have nowhere to go in front of me.
Other groups, other communities, they don't do that, but they will specifically for you help you get out of that rut. And that is worth every penny. It's a great community, great people, no gimmicks, and the proof is in the numbers.
